Gulai Tempoyak
Bahan :- 200 gram daging duren,diamkan dalam stoples selama 4 hari
- 5 butir bawang merah
- 2 cm kunyit
- 2 cm lengkuas
- 1 tangkai serai,dimemarkan
- 250 gram udang,kerat punggungnya
- 500 ml santan
- 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1/4 sendok teh gula
Cara Membuat:
1. Haluskan bawang merah,kunyit,dan lengkuas lalu aduk dengan bahan lainnya
2. Didihkan sampai matang
3 Tempoyak sudah siap d sajikan
